Experience:
I am currently in my fifth year of real estate and have learned well the marketing strategies that work and the ones that do not work from my supporting broker whom has been in the industry for nearly thirty years.  Before I started a career in real estate my background has been in working with both the public and upper management of local Richmond area businesses.  In the 1990s I worked six years for Continental Cablevision where as I had extensive interaction with the public on a daily basic regarding billing and service issues. Next I worked in the financial arena at Bank of America's technology support center for one year addressing and resolving computer-based issues.  Lastly, I worked eight years for Automatic Data Processing in their implementation division implementing and custom configuring ADP's payroll and human resource software.  The majority of my time in that  position was spent onsite with clients (upper management) face-to-face discussing and configuring/tailoring the ADP software to the clients' special needs.  

My extensive exposure to both technology and people interaction over the years have taught me great negotiating and marketing skills that clients can benefit from when using my services.  So, if you are looking for a Realtor who provides professional service to all with fairness and respect, then it is in your best interest to give me a call when you are ready to sell commercial and/or residential properties including land.
